Doreen Seamon provides guidance to numerous families as they make critical estate planning decisions at all stages of their lives. Her extensive experience helps families navigate the complicated process of obtaining public benefits and certain Veteran benefits. Doreen truly enjoys working with families and their advisors. She believes using this holistic approach to elder law and estate planning maximizes the results for her clients during their elder journey.

Doreen grew up in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. She achieved her Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana University of PA and began her career as a Computer Programmer in Pittsburgh, PA. In 1996, Doreen and her family moved to Morgantown, West Virginia. Doreen graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2003 and is a member of the American Bar Association, the WV Bar Association, and the Monongalia County Bar Association.

Doreen chose to attend law school in order to pursue a career in Estate Planning. But, as she focused her career in that area, it became very clear to her that in order to truly help her clients and their loved ones, she needed to expand her knowledge into the area of Elder Law. Therefore, Doreen has worked endlessly to increase her knowledge and resources in Elder Law.

Michael D. Ulizio is an Insurance Brokerage Professional diligently working to serve the needs of countless families, businesses and professionals since 1990. His specialized practice is designed to partner with Trusted Advisors assisting them in delivering meaningful solutions to their clientele.

He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. After earning his college degree, Mike entered into the United States Army Infantry. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant after completing the rigorous Officers’ Candidate School in Benning, Georgia. He was quickly promoted to Captain and served his tour of duty in the European Theater of Operation. Mike was honorably discharged after successfully serving his country for five years.

Mike currently resides in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania with his wife of twenty (plus) years, Jennifer, and their children, Lindsey and Alec. Mike and his family are very active within their community, church and various activities.

Madisen Meadows has a dual role as Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Seamon Law Offices PLLC. As our Office Manager, Madisen works with clients to answer any questions or concerns they have as they begin their process of estate and longevity planning. Madisen genuinely enjoys getting to know our clients and she is a valuable resource for them at all stages of their elder journeys.

As our Marketing Coordinator, Madisen works with facilities and businesses that cater to seniors and their families in North Central West Virginia. This part of her job involves educating social workers and care providers regarding critical estate planning and elder law issues; potential public benefits; and valuable Veteran benefits. In turn, these providers keep Madisen up-to-date on the services and benefits that they can provide to our clients. These providers help Madisen ensure our clients are taking every advantage of all of the potential services available in our community. In addition, Madisen is responsible for all advertising and educational outreach for Seamon Law Offices PLLC; organizing and preparing all legal seminars conducted throughout the state; and participating in community events that educate and benefit senior citizens. Madisen is a Member of the Senior Health Advisory and Senior Advocacy Group.
